I seem to remember someone posting about the slits cut out on the basket top at an angle, somehow these cutouts direct SOME of the water into the spinning basket. Anyone else remember this discussion? alr2903 | ||

Never thought about the suds rinse/purge idea. It does whip up a bunch-o-suds during wash. | ||

Dave that's exactly what it does! Haven't had time to look under her skirt, but acts like a direct drive kenmore. It starts on fast agitation to beat the clothes into submission and then shifts to slow. Starting to get some "knocking" on agitation that wasn't there before. Do these have the rubber motor coupler? | ||
