Belt perhaps or bearings on the way out, maybe something between the drum and tub.

it could be the utility room coz it gets very cold in the winter and in the night

Check the rubber seal around the door. In a lot of modern machines they are very tight fitting and can occasionally rub against he drum. Also check for any foreign objects etc.

Our bosch developed a squeak which mysteriously ment away when we starred using Persil and other tol non eco detergents.

run a 90 C cotton wash with persil or ariel bio powder and a few where towels or sheets and see if things improve. I think sometimes it can be gunk building up on the inside off the outer drum eg waxy deposits from.fabric softener which aren't washed away due to cool washes and mild detergent.

You might try descaling too. You can buy products for doing this in large v supermarkets and online. Tesco even has an own brand product. Dishwasher cleaner works too!

Ours first episode was due to suspension needing replacing.....

...and the current squeek seems to have been fixed by going back to quality detergent (lever brothers products---OMO/Drive/Surf) and not using laundry soaker....
