I have been helping a freind clear an estate and I have come across a GM Frigidaire washer and dryer I wanted to offer here first to try to save them from the scrap yard.

If interested please make an offer and let me know.
The items are located in Washington, Pa which is just out of Pittsburgh. You will have to be able to come and pick them up, I wont be able to ship.

Thanks,

Sam

First up we have a GM Frigidaire 1-18 Heavy Duty Permanent Press washer. It does fill and does spin. I am unsure if it leaks, as I didnt use much water.

Next up we have a Custom Imperial electric dryer. I do believe it is a 1966, This is a Filtrator model. I tested it and it does heat up.

I would like to apply for joint custody of that 1-18. She's a beauty.

It runs nice too, I used it to wash some pinch-pleated sheer curtains tonight

Ok Dave, What machines are you getting rid of to get them? Or do I get to pick?

I also suppose this means you want me to pick them up?
Hmmm...we may be able to work this out. >:)

Unlikely, but possible. My Westinghouse laundromat was rescued 2.5 years after it's initial posting on this site. I'd keep your eyes open. One will turn up.
