Dryer sheets leave a wax build up in the lint filter screens and can cause serious issues that can lead to a severe fire hazard. I use either permanent press or delicate settings that use a lower temperature and will not burn the aroma of the detergent/fabric softener scent(s).because my washer spins at 1200 RPMS, whatever temperature I use dries the load pretty fast.

Hey
That's what I don't like too, when you use softener and you can't smell it after drying. However in my hotpoint ultima condensor ctd80 i can always smell lenor which is what i'm using atm, it's the purple one. The whole utility area smells like it aswell as the clothes at the end of the drying cycle. Try using different fabric conditioners? Good luck |
