I think my Frigidaire Gallery dryer is getting ready to bite the big one. I saw this on Craigslist and considering it as a replacement, not sure what year it came out. |

The first gen LAT dryers. I'd say 1989-1993-ish. Model looks like it's upper MOL. Easy to work on with lots of available parts still lurking around for cheap. Just make sure the glides aren't too far worn before putting it in regular service. If the blower is noisy, it could be stripped out. Kinda common with high mileage units, but you can score a new blower on ebay for $5 or less.
