looking at the"soil ejector"arrangement,were these earlier top load westinghouse solid tub? Also that agitator looks kinda like that of a '60s ST hotpoint |

that explanes the easy-style agitator,the earliest T/L westies i have seen in person were from 1977-several of those,must have been a good year for westinghouse. |

Seems odd that Westinghouse basically railed against top loaders in the 50's just to start making them in the 60's. Someone must have had a change of heart. |
