Step Right and See the Show!!
It is impressive and aside from what might feel gimmick ridden the Whirlpool TOL machine is very easy to figure out and the cycle modifyers are intuitive. I was surprised that such an impressive machine only warrants a cheap newsprint pamphlet for an owner's manual that turns upside down for other language options. In my opinion the instructions don't fully explain the operation or how best to use the multiplicity of options, So far, we are enjoying the washer although it may takes weeks of accumulating laundry before we can adequately test it's large load capacity. The old Neptune was easier to use with it's larger, angled opening, easier to use the top of the machine for pretreating and folding, shorter cycle times, more user friendly dial and pushbuttons for quick and easy skip or repeat of any portion of the cycle and it was quieter. Still, we didn't see anything out there that we wanted to own in a new machine more than the Whirlpool. A terrible commentary on modern washers that finally given carte blanc to buy absolutely anything we wanted nothing jumped out like a cute puppy and said take me home.
