I'm not sure. I know that it's a D-C motor, and there are "modules" that are replaceable. |

Do you have a picture of this machine? A picture of the inner controls? The motor? Those would really help. Asko machines aren't all that common in OH. |

that is the tach generator-it's rotating magnet coming loose could generate the noise of"coins in the pump" |

I should mention that this model has no computer boards, nor any "crap" like that; it's all rotary controls, and push-buttons. A repairman is coming in a couple of days to check it out. |
