I need a second washer, Craigslist has several wringers for sale so which ones are the easiest to find parts for? The wringers seem pretty sturdy but everything needs maintenance so what have your experiences been with the various makes and models?
Exotic is cool but I need a workhorse for big dirty stuff and a back up when my daily driver conks out.

Good heavens - that first one is a steal at $40!  The copper tub looks fantastic.

Very cool indeed, but does it work and for how long before we go parts scavenging?

Speed Queen

You show a couple of Speed Queens------they sold second only to Maytag, with a heck of a lot fewer design changes. It's cheap and easy to find parts, or buy another $40 or so washer for spares. For daily use, it's my best suggestion, Speed Queen
