I've never seen a white basket before, and hide-away unicouple! I'd buy it.

LKM BD PORTABLE WASHER

combo52's profile picture

We have this exact washer in copper-tone, this is an early machine that spins at 930 RPMs. They later turned down the spin speed to 860 for the remainder of the compact BD compacts, these went out of production about a year before the full sized BD washers disappeared. This was also the first Lady Kenmore compact washer. This is a very good compact machine just ask anyone that ownes one.

not a convertible...portable use only.....but amazing the features just the same, PermPress, Knit, and PreWash....waterfall lint filter.....high speed spin....

I only remember these having 2 water levels, and should be a 2 speed machine as well

Mine had a bigger tub. It was a lot older and could become permanent.
