Hi all,
Have taken more photos of my Parnall but am having trouble uploading them, however I have put a short clip of it working on YouTube.
Just search vintage Parnall.
Hope you enjoy it
Lance

Excellent video there Lance, faster stroke than the Servis or Empress, very much like the English Electric Wash & Rinse...

Wringer speed

Yes, I used it today and the wringer is certainly faster and I have to say better than the Empress.
Why do I feel bad saying that?
I can't comment on the English electric, I have not been Lucky enough as yet to come across one.
I also have a small Hoover with power wringer, certainly it is better that, possibly because the pressure is adjustable on the Parnall.
Glad you have enjoyed the clip.

And wonderful to see the Parnall in action - it looks in wonderful condition. Any chance of a shot of the agitator please?

Agitator

Hi Alistair,
I have taken some photos including one of the agitator but can't upload them.
For some reason I get the message that the photos are too big, I will email them directly to you and see if you can open them , then I shall look forward to one of your very witty emails by return.
