Found this GE Dryer along with an old washer (but thats another message). Can anyone share any information and what I might be able to do with it? |

Although most of GE has moved out the sign is still there and they still change the colors for Christmas and 4th of July. |

Here is a picture of the controls. It lights up from behind and it says pull to run. |

The machine is labeled as GE. It has a small cartridge for an air freshener. |

Gosh - I need to add one like that to my collection. I've always associated "Pull To Start" with washer timers (especially GE), but not dryers!
Is this one operational, or have you tried it out? Looks like it could benefit from a good polishing. Here is a 1962 TOL that I used to own (now in the possession of another automaticwasher person). By 1962 GE had reverted to their "Press To Start" switch. L |
