Here are a few vids using the small load size setting but, it really only uses a 'MINI' water level fill...starts WASHING

I added more water in the rinse cycle so the sheet could rollover better.

Excellent videos! What a beautiful machine. I always loved the TOL Maytags, thanks for posting. It looks very clean underneath.

Thanks and me too. It was a little dusty and slightly grimy when I first brought it...but, not bad at all. BTW, no one ever posted any Maytag vids using the smallest water level so, I've finally been able to make some.

I have a power fin agitator in my '71 A806s, and I absolutely love it!  It shows dirt no mercy, without beating clothes to death.  I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Great Maytag

Really enjoyed the posts and pics. Fantastic agitation and movement. I had that same machine purchased new in the mid 80s. It ran great for years, probably got 30+ years life out of it in 12 years - as we provided care for disabled residents in my home - ran 12-15 loads almost everyday. One day it started leaking oil on fabrics; repairman said it would cost more to fix than it was worth.  Now I know, I should have paid whatever it cost to repair; it was a far better machine than the KM front loader that replaced it. Looks to be in excellent condition. You'll have a great machine for years to come. Congratulations.

Maytag vs SQ

Very nice, will you use it often?
There is one of these for sale near me for $50. The SQ is wonderful when it works, but finding parts is impossible. How is the reliability and parts availability for these machines?
What is the model number on yours?
