Were all Maytag N2LS wringer washers equipped with pumps?

No, the pump was an option on all Maytag wringers, E, J, and N.

"P" in the model number designates the pump option

As I learned from a member, Geoff Delp I believe, the model numbers can be broken down as follows ...

E , J , N - Model

2 - Built after WWII

L - Electric version

P - pump option

S - safety wringer mechanism

Eg. E2L, J2L, N2L /// E2LP, J2LP, N2LP /// E2LPS, J2LPS, N2LPS
