I have 2 aluminum inserts with locking lids that go inside the tub on a wringer washer. they have their own agitator inside them ,,,I can't seem to find any info on these: does any one know what they are for ??? maybe small loads or delicates???.

Wow. I thought the mini-basket was a relatively recent development by GE. Seems it existed back in the wringer washer days!

I actually have one of these, the deluxe model as Geoff says because it has the special adapting brackets to use on a Model E wringer as well. I am soon going to list it on ebay, let me know if anyone is interested in this and we can work something out!
