here's a picture of jeb's dryer and my washer, on stage in Dayton Ohio for a production of "Caroline, or change." It' about a black laundress lady in Louisiana in 1963, so they needed vintage washer and dryer. I didn't make a ton of money renting it out, and traveling to Dayton and buying a ticket for the show and a hotel room and meals and gas would nearly take up the cash, so I'm glad the props lady sent pictures. You can see the audience is pretty close up, and the leading lady Caroline irons the laundry and sings in front of the machines, so they wanted accuracy. I'm getting a good smile on my face over this.
