Hi there Mocha2006 :) welcome to the group. As you can see this site is full of useful information about vintage and new laundry appliances and even dishwashers, refrigerators and just about anything used around the house. The Imperial forum is for machines 20 years old and older. Many members here collect and still use older machines. The Deluxe forum is for machines less than 20 years old up to brand new products. The Super forum is about detergents, soaps, recipes and other products. Including small kitchen appliances like microwaves, mixers, toasters, etc.. That forum is very helpful when, for example, you want to try a new detergent. Many people here try out new stuff then post their opinions about them to help you get a better idea of what to expect. The As The Tub Turns forum is for everyday events. Birthday announcements, death of a loved one, if you wish to share such news. Also TV shows, news, pets, holiday events and so forth. The Dirty Laundry forum is more delicate subject matter such as sex, politics, religion and scandals. It's quite easy to get the hang of it once you've ventured around the site. There are also links to other members appliance collections, vintage videos for appliance ads and products as well as pictures and audio clips. Feel free to look around and check everything out. And never hesitate to ask for help with a link, or even some questions you may have on just about anything. The people here are always willing to help out in any way they can :) I hope you enjoy the site, it's a lot of fun and pretty useful!
