I acquired this Maytag E2LS and would like to use it. There is one caster leg that is full of oil, but I believe it works although I have not plugged it in. Does anyone have any advice on what to look for to make sure it will run properly?

Welcome Marlene,

Does your E2LS still have the little rubber ball that you step on to operate the wringers?  If not, they are no longer available.  You can however put a bolt in the hole where the air hose attaches to the machine.  I can't remember the correct size though.  Maytag wringer machines are notorious for dripping oil.  Is there quite a bit of oil leakage down the leg?

Glad to see another Wisconsinite on here!

P.S. My wife & I love going to the Fireside for their Sunday brunch, and show.

Bolt size

You can bypass the wringer actuator with a 1/2" bolt. I did the same thing to my N2LS.
