The dryer certainly matches the Franklin design from the 60's with the top-mounted lint filter, but I didn't know the Franklin washers ever had a fibre glass tub. Gary |

The Gambles hardware store in my hometown sold quite a number of Coronado washers in the 1960's and '70s. I recall the crazy sounds they made (Robert calls his Wizard, quite aptly, "The Pig"), and that the solid tub models usually had a Partial Fill button to push when you wanted the fill to stop and agitation to start for smaller loads. They were my introduction to indexing tubs, as well.
