I wish I was closer. This is a well made set of machines that washes thouroughly and dries fast. These early 27'in DD's are some of my favorites. I belive the washer is one model down from DirectDriveDave's 1990 3 speed WP Imperial.

Seems pretty close. I'm curious though. Did Whirlpool start putting in the slider for the water level in later models? I have seen a lower 2 speed model with three temperatures (CleanTouch buttons) on youtube that has it.
