That is a 1965 Super Highlander, DE502. I have this exact dryer. the 65's had the turquiose lower panel and this is an electronic model. 4 buttons to the right are Regular, Wash 'n' Wear, Damp Dry and Air Fluff. The thing in the center is just a medallion that says "Electronic Control". These are all electronic HOH dryers. To start the machines, you use the cycle buttons. It also has a lit pilot marker about the faux timer. Neat machine.
Attached is a pic of mine with matching washer.
