I never heard of a Savage washing machine, but I have found one and it is for sale. It is located near Inverness, Florida at a private home. The people who bought it, bought it because their last name is Savage. She wants to sell the machine now. If it doesn't sell, it might get used as an ice bucket. Let's save it.

If you desire, respond to the owner at her e-mail: cdanasavage@hotmail.com

I am going to try to upload pictures I took.

Its large!!!

I have a Savage, its very interesting, but rather cumbersome. You have to pull the stainless inner tub up and it tilts on the spin shaft to wash clothes and then to spin you pull the tub up again and it locks Horizontal on the shaft, then spins away. Thanks Bobby

WOW, Bobby . . .

. . . thanks for the info on the Savage machine. I know nothing about it. I think this lady is asking $150 for it. It would be an easy pick up as it's on a porch with only about 4 steps down -- in fact a truck might back right up to the porch to slide the machine in. It's Florida. It's flat.

Hey Jetcone . . .

. . . if you're interested, check it out. I used to think Florida was a universe away, but they must have moved it. It's not near as bad as it used to be.

It's going to be 80 here today.
