Wow love the washer with all the buttons and the compactors like my portable unit. I painted it white though, it may like mine have changeable front panels behind the avacado. And what about that floor, looks like those "foamy" 60's carpet tiles, and the "wood" panelling. What does the rest of her house look like "back to the 70's" |

"Back in Time" when I look at those pics. That washer is stunning! I agree with the others, lets have some more pics of the house! |

Ok, Am off to work again at her house today. I will be there all week, so with permission, I will seek more pics. The flooring is a very high grade vinyl. It is dirty, but in very good shape. And yes, the home was built in 1972 and has never been really updated. Her bathroom is to die for. Black marble and even a chandelier above the hugh marble tub! The entire home was done with all TOL items. Thanks for enjoying with me. More fun today Steve |

Yes the seventies were a strange time for design, lots of wanting to get back to nature, or get away from it or something! Cool that she let you take the pictures. That will be a fine dishwasher for your collection. |

That washer looks identical to the one that my sister got with their house serveral years ago. That reminds me that I should go over there and talk to the new owners about that machine! |

That DW looks almost just like the one that Gansky1 posted on here from his wash-in! That's a nice machine! There's lots of indicator lights and stuff on that control panel! |

Greg: This customer of mine is really out there if ya know what I mean. Yes, she thought that the peice of vinyl on the dryer would remind her of the match to the washer. I said "Oh ok Miss Nellie, I see your point" PLEASE. I tried to locate the dryer today from what she told me. No luck. Cause whether she knows it or not, that washer is mine!!!! LOL. Steve |

One of the few times where the washer outlasted the dryer. |

That's it!! That's the LK dishwasher we had when I was a kid. Ours was coppertone, but it's the same model. COOL!! I thought the LK washer originally had one of agitators with adjustable vanes. I'm not familiar with the agitator shown. I guess a person DOES learn something new every day. I love the idea of you playing 'stealth photographer' for us while at work, Steve. How wonderfully improper of you! |

Said: LK dryer One of the few times where the washer outlasted the dryer Response: Bounce and other fabric softener sheets will do that. RUST. WAX CLOGS. ICK. It is also possible that the dryer before this one was from a matched set BEFORE this washer. Especially being in FL and, maybe, jsut maybe a clothes-line did most of the drying! |
