But those are some pretty stong cabinets on those puppies. Better question, why were you harboring a fugitive boulder upstairs? And a charcoal one at that mister! Maybe it was just trying to make Charcoal thumper babies... I dunno, maybe it was fed-up with"thump-thump-thump" all the time decided to exact some revenge. I mean these things will open up for anyone and thump their clothes for them. The shame!

Washer abuse culminating in a grand mal seizure

I don't know where the hell these people live with all of the air conditioners. Maybe they are junkers.

The little thing jumping around reminded me of R2D2.

What's up with the meteor, Jetcone?

kenmoreguy64's profile picture
I was thinking the same thing actually, since this post started. One wonders, "If a washer is only good for washing Charcoal, isn't that a little bit too job-specific?"

Washing charcoal would make a mucky mess it seems like... or would it be "black gold, Texas tea" ?

I was brand new, had just joined, January 2006. It's a living room, don't know whose, you& Robert were dancing and smiling, joyous friends, a close-up shot. I thought, God what a great club this is going to be.

Could the Dutchman be right after all his mistakes about the Golden Pulsator to which he still hasn't fessed up. So much fun.

I believe the Dutchman is

correct in THIS instance!

I seem to remember dancing with Robert in his living room once-- after he paid me A LOT of money to do it!

But the Dutchman has still not fessed up to the gold pulsator gaffs!

Oh, it was very easy. As I said, the answer could be found on Youtube.

Here's a video that was posted October 18th 2011. No golden agitator.

And then suddenly on February 23rd 2012 a video appears with a golden agitator.

So mr Hamburger, the answer is quite simple. If mr Golddigger here had an agitator discolerd by nicotine, he must have had an army of chainsmokers in his basement...

Post# 579855 , Reply# 40   3/2/2012 at 17:19 (4,431 days old) by jetcone (Schenectady-Home of Calrods,Monitor Tops,Toroid Transformers)
No silly Dutchman

jetcone's profile picture
By the time I bought the washer, "Lucinda" had replaced the cap on the agitator with a 1958 Greenie. I had in STOCK an original 1957 Grey cap which had turned a shade of gold with age in my basement.

Post# 579861 , Reply# 41   3/2/2012 at 17:36 (4,431 days old) by foraloysius (Leeuwarden, Friesland, the Netherlands)

Well, that isn't what you told us. In the thread "They're UP!" John asks: "What makes the rubber parts of the agitator so orange to golden in color ? These parts were originally light grey and on mine they have all turned a dark grey color, but yours look great, is it the lighting or was it all the nicotine that they were exposed to?"

And your answer was: "John it was all the nicotine for sure. Thats why the chrome is so pristine as well. Heavy smoking may be bad for people but its good for Frigidaires!"

yes but

jetcone's profile picture
weren't you referring to vid I made with the golden parts showing? The vid with the 1958 cap was not in the "They're Up" thread.

I still stick by my nicotine theory regardless.

No, it wasn't indeed. If it had been noone would have believed your theory that nicotine changed the color mr Mischief!

Louis

jetcone's profile picture
the '58 cap was in the vid Jeff & I filmed as the teaser last summer with the disco music and the gnawty dog towels whizzing past. By the time I had the machines up Robert slapped the gold cap on. But it matched the rest of the agitator perfectly so the cap must have come from a nicotine home as well, don't cha think?

Mellow Yellow: "I'm just mad about Saffron....She's just mad about me....They call it MELLOW YELLOW.....That's right slick."~ cool song from long ago.

Here's the vid that shows the gold. Why are we avoiding this, AND I resemble all the small M's on the Misters, laughing hard. How subtle! The truth is out there and we're getting close in this very bewitching predicament.

As the X-Files says, "The truth is out there" only in the form of YouTube. I do find it interesting that the star witness, our own dear Robert, has chosen to remain silent in the case before us in this kangaroo court of AW justice. Possibly his new found tv star status has something to do with that, no?
