OK, so maybe one's standards are low. But we have to report complete satisfaction with the performance and reliability of a series of BOL d/w and laundry units, beginning way back in 1974. These have included a '74 KDC-17, GE & Hotpoint BOL d/w: 1990, 1995, and 2010 models, each the cheapest, or close, in the line. Also BOL Maytag (1974), Whirlpool (1990, 1995, 2006) TL washers, Kenmore (1974) and Whirlpool (later year) BOL electric dryers and BOL TL Frigidaire washer/ WP dryer in a house that we rent out. Discretionary funds tend to be diverted to vintage autos, a hobby much akin to a bottomless pit; IHMO the only worse hobbies are perhaps boats and horses - ask me how I know... So usually we've moved and bought new BOL in the next location, leaving fine working BOL units behind. All have done a yeoman job, with virtually no repairs. No BOL complaints from this quarter! Have others had similar good fortune with likewise penny-pinching machines?

BOL washers

i have one BOL machine i am eager try out as soon as the weather warms up and i
drag it out of storage for minor repairs;it's a "one knob wonder"'95 24"KM DD-
gray agitator,blue-speckled tub,single speed-just as BOL as can be!It has a dual
inlet valve,so i will have to see what how this washer selects the temperature
cycle by cycle...
