Can people not even read the brand name on a control panel??

Here is an old Kenmore washer being sold as a GE. Strangest looking GE I have ever seen. hehe

And evidently, Barry, she doesn't like this guy, Laundry Matt. He must be pretty bad if she thinks this washer is better than he is.

Damn, that b***h can't EVEN READ!!!!

How in the hell she's going to call a Kenmore a GE???

She didn't even write her phone number out. She SPELLED it out. How ghetto is that??

Excuse me ma'am, but didn't anyone ever told that "READING IS FUNDAMENTAL"???

Now, I have seen everything....

@ "Yogitunes":

Apparently, she can't spell either.

To quote her now, "It better than the laundry matt".

I believe the word she's trying to spell is "L-A-U-N-D-R-O-M-A-T". Now, if I am wrong, feel free to correct me.

I can thank this lady for giving me my laugh for the day. I most certainly needed one.

familiar...

I thought...that control panel looks awfully familiar...

I've the matching Kenmore dryer (mismatched to a Crosley HD20 washer which I rather like).

How funny.

In the interest of fairness, there have been G-mores and Ken-mEs and even FrigEEs and quite possibly some I'm not remembering. All their electronics are GeeBees--General Beijing. Their microwaves are GenSung, they used to be GenOshiba.

If brand names mean anything (good) today, you can count them on one hand.

Being what they may. This is still a Whirlpool washer branded as Kenmore. GE had nothing to do with it. This is a hillariously miswritten CL add.

Now a "HotSpot" dishwasher

We seem to have run into a mass of illiterate people.

Attached is an ad for a (believe it or not) "HotSpot" dishwasher!

Well at least they could read part of the control panel and managed to get the word "hot" from Hotpoint. The other person, evidently, was totally illiterate as they could not differentiate "GE" from "Kenmore."

I don't think people will want to buy a dishwasher whose name promotes, "spots," even if the spots it leaves on the dishes are hot. (:

"Hotspot" Washer

After just reading the previous reply, I thought I was seeing things when coming across this one.  Apparently, the particular variation of crazy is spreading now to Missouri with a washer!

If there's Hotspot washers there must be Coldpoint frigerators. Nay?
