The same WH31 that vacbear58 kindly posted on the earlier thread. My guess is that this was the machine that the 520rpm Zanussi Hotpoint Liberator was based on?

My Mum had a second hand WH31 in the 90's, was a superb machine. Built like a tank, quiet and efficient with 800rpm spin.

Did the Hoover Performa series of machines arrive after these because the programme combinations look very similar

The Softwaves were available from 1992, the same time as the Newwaves.

My guess is that your Performa came around 1997/98 as they replaced the Softwave/Classica's and the Quattro replaced the Newwave as the TOL. I will scan in my Hoover brochure at some point.

Thanks

Jacob

Yes they did. They were the first machines after the Hoover-Candy merge. I thought they weren't bad for a first attempt but they had alot to live up to with Hoover Newwave's being one of my all time favourite machines!!

End of 97 they came out.

Excited about the A3110!  Hoping it will be the start of my Hoover automatic collection, what with it being my childhood machine!

A3110-What a great machine. Mum had one from 80 -86. It took a beating- at least 3 full loads a day. I was always sent in to press the buttons to make the rinse hold move to spin. Mum had the matching creasecare dryer intil about 3 yrs ago when the motor gave up.

Hoover

That Hoover is on my ebay thread too. How much value do you think the lower end machines have e.g beko, whirlpool, Servis etc??? The machine I have been looking out for 8 years;

Hotpoint 9901!

One of the two models of washer/dryers that I want in my collection! The other being a WD22 or WD31. I've love to find one over here. If I do ever find one I even have a timer and module for it!

James.
