OK Bob, the manual is scanned and loaded in the Daily Doctrine Dispenser for tomorrow. This tech-talk manual is unusual because it contains both the '56 washers and dryers service information in one. Most other years they were separate manuals.
Anyways, it will come up after 12:00am tonight central time and will be up for three days. This way anyone who wants a copy will be able to download it. To get into the Dispenser, simply click on the link at the top of the page on the navigation bar. A picture of the link to the Dispenser is below circled in red... |

Glad you figured it out Bob, I tried to make the Dispenser system as easy as possible. Isn't it nice you can ask for a super rare service manual and have it downloaded and printed in less than 24 hours! Ahh the wonders of the internet. 15 years ago this would have been completely impossible.
Please keep us posted and let us know if something doesn't make sense in the service manual, between all of us we can help you figure it out.
There are a few '56 Unimatic Washers and matching dryers out there, but I don't know of any Deluxe and Super versions of the '56 Pulsamatic and Air-Flow dryers like the dryer you have. You probably have the only one known to exist! |
