That is one well cared for machine. I wish I had the room for that set up at the restaurant. There is just no room as the entire building is on pylons over the water.
We pump out over 400-500 dinners a night in July and August and use a AM 14 with a 60 second cycle. Talk about the "Little Hobart that could". |

Why they just don't make these beasts anymore ?
Yeah, Yeah, they use too much water, they're too expensive to build, etc. Hey Steve... has Hobart switched to Plastic Feed Manifolds like the Meikos ??? I have not been to a Hotel show in ages. Haven't looked at a Brand New Hobart Anything in over ten years. That's because all the Hobart Stuff we use is 15 + years old. The Slicer and the Mixer are from the 1960's |
