Great pictures of a workhorse. Thanks for sharing. Where did you get the door seal? Those things are hard to come by. I'd love to know where you got it. Jerry Gay

I love that specklestone pattern![]() Not only the drum, but the porthole door itself! Porcelain all over! That rubber gasket wrapped around the moulded metal makes the appearance even stronger.
A thing that has never been around here at all, so I am even happier to have snagged that old GE Filter Flo back then (dark gray tub with small white dots). But has it always been that sprinkled dots pattern with washers? Or are there porcelain tubs or baskets with a smooth "overall" color? Were there "plain blue charcoal" tubs? (or similar things). Ever been wondering - Joe

Bendix 1049![]() Hi! What a stunning machine that Bendix is, wouldn't mind getting my hands on the Triomatic Washer/Dryer version (seen it in the science museum!)
If I'm correct, this was the version you had to bolt down to the floor or else it'd wobble all over the place? What's the maximum RPM? I guess it wasn't a very high speed (something like 600RPM?) Brandon.
