Found this on the internet, a copy of the old original four flour Aunt Jemima pancake mix that was so good, it looks like it might do the trick! here are the ingredients I had to go to whole foods to get!
2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
4 TBSP Rye flour
4 TBSP Corn flour
4 TBSP Rice flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 TBSP sugar
1/2 cup Buttermilk Powder
2 tsp oil
2 eggs
Milk to make pourable batter
I hope this is as good as the original, I will let you know how it comes out.

Test Results!!!

I believe ive got it!!!!! Try this everybody, It is as close to what I remember as it can be, I used 1 cup mix 1 egg 1Tbsp oil and 1 cup milk, I believe a little less milk would be better as I like a thicker pancake, but oh they taste good!
