I make apple butter, grape jelly, as well as blackberry jelly, I hope to make some pear preserves this year.

I do plum jam, sour cherry jelly, and my favorte is black raspberry jam or jelly. I do lots of other canning but those are the only jams/jellies

I made two batches of strawberry-rhubarb two weeks ago. Next up: blueberry, then peach. I used to can jam, but now I freeze it. It tastes so fresh.

I usually make a little of everything. Have to make plum jelly, apple jelly, and apple butter this year. Still have plenty of every other kind I think. May need to make some peach preserves too. Haven't inventoried the pantry in a while.
