![]() I remember back in the early 70's that Emerson, Quiet Kool a/c's also had an air sweep mechanism as well, behind the horizontal grill there was a corkscrew type baffle that slowly turned deflecting the air left to right. We sold a ton of those at the Woolco dept store I was working at that summer during a real bad hot spell. Especially around 9pm before the store closed at 10, people would be filing in and carting them out. Pallet loads of them and they weren't all that cheap relatively speaking back then either like they are now. | ||
