  While the drain is not totality blocked it is probably draining too slowly and as the dw goes through the cycle each time it drains it probably leaves some water in the sump. Basically you have to watch it go through a full cycle and see if this is what is happening, then if this is what is wrong you have to figure where the drain is partly blocked or if the drain pump housing is blocked. | ||

If this dw is using an Air Gap pull off the top of it and clean the Gap bet its pluged there if so its an easy fix. | ||
