It's not often that you find a washer with an electric agitator!

Well it 'is' new-out-of-box. Someone wanting it could make a reasonable offer. You know what happens with all these people watching the current crop of "reality" shows on "History" about picking and pawning.
BTW, the gas agitator models were much rarer. And technically there was such thing. Not by Speed Queen, that I know of. But by Maytag and Easy for two. |

An ELECTRIC agitator? As opposed to an ACOUSTIC one? |

Technically, the way it is written, along with the electric agitator, the lid and the manual are electric too. The adjective "electric" shows possesion of all items following it, even if seperated by comma's. It should say "includes manual, lid and electric agitator". There, that is my public service for the day on correct use of the English language :) !!
