an interesting find for sure, but isn't it more likely to be late 70s than 1950s?
Clues are the fake woodgrain, plastic trim, avocado green colour???
Wringers were available here till the early 80s and I'd assume USA the same...

It's amazing that washer is still in the condition it is. A warehouse in Opelousas in the summer: 100+ degrees, 100% humidity=RUST. They want too much for the thing.

It's a WA Wizard Citation. I guess TOL? Probably late 50s early 60s.
