Isn't that the wrong spray arm with the wrong Power Tower? Seems to me that the "clown shoe" spray arm didn't come in until  later and the tower should be black, not white. Not necessarily "wrong" but not original equipment. I've wanted a mid-60's top loader like this machine, but I want it to have its original guts. I'm thinking this is a 1966 model.

GE TL Portable DW

I never saw a TL GE portable DW with the Black Bakelite wash tower, I only saw these on the first drop door GE built-ins, but who knows.
