Ok guys, not enough house, too much stuff, and and something has to give, so the wringers are first up to go.
Speed Queen wringer washer, stainless steel tub, red bakelite agitator, timer on front, gravity drain (someone removed non-functioning pump in years past. Always intended to repace with electric pump but never got to it). Metal lid, some rust to edges of lid, but lid still functional, rubber ring on lid edge still attached. Washes well, wrings well, but doesn't get used enough to justify it staying. As far as I can tell from serial appears to be early 60's model?
Amana wringer washer (Speed Queen clone). Porcelain tub, no timer, white plastic agitator. Pump model, pump functions properly. Washes well, wrings very well, least touchy wringer I have ever used. Top outer edge of tub had some rust damage which was patched with bondo and enamel repair. Plastic lid, replacement drain hose. As far as I kow, this is an 80's model.
Both washers function well, and look presentable. I don't have room anymore though, and can't justify the expense of storage in another location , for machines I keep but never use, as I prefer a twin tub or automatic.
Pictures will be added when I get home Wednesday, (currently at my brother's). I am asking $75 per machine. If you cant go to 75, make me an offer, I need the space..
May part with the Daiwoo Twin tub as well. If anyone would be interested, let me know.
