I think that this was the first and only time that a real Hobart KA DW used an exposed dry heater and with the exception of the KDS-15 it was the only KA DW to have a MUCH needed water heater boost in this time period. I have this same DW in my kitchen and use it occasionally, it works great but I an too spoiled by the 1987 WP and hate cleaning out the messy filter in the KA portable. |
