I have had this washer a while but at last it's back in working order.
I know a couple of other members have the same washer but here is a short video of the wash action.
The machine is very very quiet but for some reason the video has picked up the timer ticking very clearly although it is actually very quiet in"real life"

Hi Lance, these are fab machines, and being in amongst the first selection of twin tubs that came onto the market many are still around. Probably because they were so well built. I have two the one with black controls and copper spin drum & one with white controls and blue resilen spin drum. I just finf the perspex spin lid fab for the time.

My AEG twin tub

Seems to be a mix between your two in as much as it has white knobs and a copper spin can.
The spinner pump needs to be manually switched off to enable rinsing in the spinner , this can be a bit of a bind but I'm sure that I read somewhere that AEG actually didn't recommend rinsing in the spinner.
Apart from that a nice washer but I think a rather small load capacity.

AEG TT's

HI The model that followed this was one of the machines from my childhood; Fab machine the later model had a cone in the spin tub to make the rinsing better a bit like an easy spin
