Anybody heard of this or know how it works? The door doesn't appear to be see-through. Maybe it's not too late to cancel the order on my new Maytag, LOL!

I thought the same thing when I first read it, but I think it just means there are interior lights. I wonder if they work like your oven or frig where they come on when you open the door. Should would be cool if it had a window to watch what's going on.

Huh. I don't know if my current dishwasher is magic or something, but by opening the door, I can see into it, too, LOL! No lights needed...although I'm sure those Xenon lights make the stainless interior gleam like a lit-up ballpark.

The GE Monogram dishwashers are nothing bout extra-featured versions of GE's TOL PDW9000 series. The interior lights were added so you could see better inside, kinda like what Asko had or has on some of their models LOL

I just don't get it. I've never had a problem seeing into any dishwasher, ever. Seems like a totally useless bell/whistle. Why don't they make a cool light-up console, instead? It could have little chaser lights on it, like a movie marquee. Now THAT, I'd pay for.
