I had one just like it. I don't know the model number but I bought it new in October of 1983. It worked just fine. |

We had one of these in the condo that my first partner bought in 1981, WORST DISHWASHER I ever had in a home that I lived in, it had terrible racks left food bits in all sorts of strange places and wouldn't dry even with the heat on and gas water set to the maximum temperature setting. We replaced it in the first year with the first WP Electronic DW with the tilt-out control panel SHU9900. I sold the KM DW to a rental property owner I knew and it came back to bit me in the butt, it had numerous service calls in the next two or three years and it was also replaced with a basic WP. After this and MANY more experiences with D&M DWs I have said even if it was NIB I would personally throw it off the truck at the recycling center to be crushed before I would ever sell a D&M machine again. |
