  My Grandmother has a bunch of old Life Magazines that I was looking through. And of course I was skimming the pages looking for appliance ads, mainly washers when I found these. I don't have access to a scanner so I took pics with my phone. So my apologies for the quality. The first one had a Ripley's Believe It Or Not banner across the top with quite a few other ads. I looked down and saw an ad for the 1956 Norge Timeline Washer. Apparently it was able to unravel knotted and braided fabrics while washing.
