Hi all,

I'm a new supporting member, happy to be here because I'm looking to learn, find parts for my Frigidaire Flair Custom Imperial (RGB-645-2 - I need a glass face plate, may have parts to trade also), and share photos. I'm a big fan of all things mid-century and atomic, and I have a blog at www.UncleAtom.com....

This summer I picked up a GE Americana 2-speed portable dishwasher at an estate sale here in Northern Virginia outside of Washington, DC. (See photos at the link below my signature).

I really don't have the room for it so I'm hoping to find someone who will take this off my hands. Mine is pretty similar to the one in this thread (only mine is a faded Avocado Green on the outside).

I have some photos posted at the link in this post. Have not tried to make it work, but was told by the sellers that it did work. For the low price of $10, I figured why not :-)

If someone local wants this, you can have it for what I paid, I just want to keep it out of the land fill.

Contact me here, or at UncleAtom (at) gmail dot com

Thanks
Uncle Atom

GONE!

Thanks to Jeff in Arlington (sorry I didn't catch your handle for this forum). Sadly there's some rust inside that I hadn't noticed, and it's probably enough to make this good only for parts. Good talking with you Jeff, I hope the machine is of some use to someone.
