Do to a drain issue in our house we have been forced to use a laundromat the past several years. The one by our house has a bunch of SQ toploaders, and I have a question about some of them. There is a particular row there that were mad in 1992, and 4 of them have issues spinning. The tub doesn't look to be completely centered, and when it goes to spin it tends to go out of balance. Usually the load is fine, its just the tub that isn't balanced. My question is would a new set of suspension springs fix this issue? It has gotten to the point now where all 4 of these machines have been put out of order because of this issue, and I just wondered if a new set of springs would correct it, or if there is another cause for this.
