I have a little question. Is it possible to turn of the pulsator even in programs it is used and if, how do you do it?

The reason i asking is that i noticed that my clothes has begun to get stuck in the pulsator way to often. I wanna know how to solve this.

UPDATE

The problem are fixed. It was the springs that was bad so the water level was not the right.

Now it works fine again. I almost always use the program 3 and 4. The pulsator is in use in both programs. The fuses blow if i try to wash program 1 or 2. Element fault maybe?

What you think?
