Hey all! A few weeks ago I saw a hisense front loader in 1 of the major department stores here and I was quite interested. It was a 7.5kg with 1000 rpm spin speed and didn't seem to be a rebadged version of anything, however it did have a bosch looking drum. It also had loads of programmes, including tub clean and a time indicator even though this is the entry level.
Then on wednesday when the weekly paper came, I saw in a different store pamphlet another hisense front loader so thiss called for investigation. I went onto the hisense south africa website and found they have 2 ranges of front loaders - Aries (the 1 I saw in the pamphlet) and Mars (the entry level I saw in store). They seem to have sone interesting features and sure do have looks. They're priced pretty averagely with the LGs and Samsungs so we can't reali say they're cheap chinese junk.
I'll post a link to view them

They seem to be sold...

...also in South Korea and Arabia. What a pity, can't find a manual for their top model...

Yes, the newer Bauknechts are indeed different. The older ones are very much like those Hisense Mars models.

Yes I agree I really wanted to download a manual or 2 and they only had manuals for their TVs on the site :( if I ever found a used 1 or a shop soiled 1 I'd consider buying it just to play with it
