Because of the control panel and latching mechanism I ask - is this a Kenmore-clone?

I LOVED mine. My only quibble was that the lower wash-arm would jam while pointed at the door, and cause the machine to leave a puddle on the floor, which was fortunately solved with help from a stainless-steel flat washer between the wash-arm and nut that held it on.
I wonder what racking/wash-arm configuration this one has? It's much more deluxe pushbutton-wise than my more MOL unit. I've seen: - three-level wash (lower, middle, constant-rinse arms) - two-level wash (same as above, delete the constant-rinse) - two-level, with the longer middle arm pointing down from the ceiling, with no spray tower (load the bottom rack with all flat things, like a single wash-arm machine) - two-level, with the longer middle arm on the ceiling, with a spray tower and a saucer rack in the back - two-level, with the above and a full saucer rack back-to-front - one-level, no tower (unlikely in this model) - one-level, with spray tower D&M was good at producing many permutations of its racking/wash-arm designs. |
