I have a Maytag model A408 that I'd like to give to a collector rather than throw it away. Everything about it works, however, it has started leaking transmission oil. The oil managed to get in the tub and ruin a bunch of clothes. When I moved it out of the laundry room there was a circular pattern of oil on the floor. I figure someone with knowledge of it can fix it or part it out. According to the serial number it was manufactured September 1979. Send me an email if you are interested.
