This guy is the big daddy of all dishwashers. Truth be told many dishwashers could fit inside this beast. $30,000 is not a bad price either considering this guy could have been six figures installed new. The perfect DW to do Thanksgiving dishes for your whole city. LOL

That's a huge bubba...and as it takes hours off dishwashing, the staff won't be staring at bubbles, hand dishwashing.

This is actually a FT-900s. It does not have the 3rd tank power rinse but does have a blower dryer. Still a very capable DW just not quite as fast as a 3 tank and IMHO I find the power rinse machines give clearer glasses and flatware in very high volume warewashing.

You realize, of course, that dishwasher is larger than most Manhattan kitchens, if not apartments...

I am well aware of the size of this DW versus a NYC APT kitchen. Imagine the thorough cleaning and sanitizing of a whole kitchen let alone an apartment going through this machine. You could truly eat off the floors. Maybe NYC landloards should put these machines in the basement and charge $ 20 a cycle to clean your APT. Or $10 to wash your Car LOL! :)
